Why We Created This Event
While Cowgirls & Pilates is designed to be a beautiful wellness experience, its true purpose is to support the incredible work being done through The LOW at The Ranch 22 and it’s Stable Moments Program.
Every ticket purchased helps bring awareness to and support a nonprofit that provides mentorship, healing, and hope to children, teens, and young adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, trafficking, and other significant life challenges.
We believe wellness is about more than taking care of ourselves, it's about showing up for our community and creating opportunities for others to thrive.

About The Stable Moments Program
The Stable Moments Program uses the healing power of horses and consistent mentorship to help young people build confidence, trust, life skills, and healthy relationships.
Many participants have experienced significant trauma and instability. Through weekly mentorship and equine based experiences, Stable Moments provides a safe and supportive environment where they can heal, grow, and develop the skills needed for a successful future.
The program also supports many young adults aging out of foster care as they navigate adulthood and work toward independence.
Your attendance helps shine a light on this important mission and the lives being transformed through it.
